Returns & Exchanges  

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.  Just contact me within: 3 days of delivery  Post items back to me within: 7 days of delivery  

The following items can't be returned or exchanged  Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: 

 - Custom or personalised orders  

 - Items on sale     

Conditions of return  
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Postage
All orders from the shop will be shipped with Royal Mail within a day or two, custom orders will take longer as I only get to play with glass over the weekends. Any design seen either in the shop or portfolio can be customised to make your purchase truly, uniquely yours. Just send me an email and I will get to work.
